Reservation
When booking please complete reservation form either online and submit to K2 Conference and Event Management Co., Istanbul, no later than July 15, 2010.
Requests for hotel accommodations will continue to be accepted thereafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. Pending availability, hotel reservations will be accepted until the day before the 9th International Meeting convenes.
Please do not forget to fill in the mail order form for credit card payments. This form should be mailied or faxed to housing office to complete the payment and reservation procedure.
Payment Policy
To guarantee your reservation a deposit of one night fee per room is required by July 15, 2010. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer to our account in Isbank Selamicesme Branch or provide a credit card that we shall debit from. Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Payment for the deposit has to be made to K2 Conference and Event Management Co. After July 15, 2010 full payment for your entire stay is due to K2 Conference and Event Management Co. Do not send any payment to the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel deposits less a processing fee of 30 Euro will be refunded if the cancellation in writing is received by K2 Conference and Event Management Co. until June 1, 2010. For the cancellations made between June 1 – July 1, 2010, full refund less one night fee will be provided. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after July 1, 2010.
